Q: Where are the recipes I purchased?

A: Purchased recipes are available immediately after purchase in your online recipe box. Click here to log in. Use the email and password you created when you made your purchase.

Q: Why was my credit card declined?

A: Most of the time the billing address did not match the bank records. Be sure that you typed your billing address exactly as it appears on your bank billing statement.

Q: How do I use the gift certificate I received?

A: Fill your shopping cart with your desired items for purchase. If you have used our website before, click on the link to log in. New customers please fill create your profile, then click "submit". Next, choose the box to pay by "Gift Certificate", and click "continue".
