I saw Todd by fluke on The Shopping channel. I was so happy! I have several of the books and have made a ton of things! I made Tony Roma's ribs: Loved the original over the Carolina Honey - they were amazingly tender. I have made the Jack Daniel's Glaze so many times I have lost count. I used it on pork spare ribs and they were beyond belief. I also loved it on Chicken Wings. I made extra sauce to dip. The Chili's Fajita's for 2 were better than in the restaurant. My boyfriend went nuts over them. What else...I've made the TGIF's Spicy cajun pasta so many times I know it by heart! It is out of this world and so fresh! Just a perfect dish. PF Chang's spare ribs - delicious sauce; PF Chang's chicken without lettuce wraps - yummy; PF Chang's dan dan sauce - what can I say? Applebee's rice pilaf and Applebee's crispy orange chicken bowl, Chili's chicken crispers and that incredible sauce, Planet Hollywood crunch chicken, Panda Express orange chicken, Koo Koo Roo Pasta salad, others I can't remember, Orange julius, BR smoothie, snapple ice tea, Starbucks frappaccino!
