It's been some years but a waitress at Applebees shared the fact that their hot wings were made according to the Durkees Red Hot wings recipe on their bottle. We tried then at home and found that so they were! We haven't been to the restaurant for years and perhaps they no longer even offer them but it does fit your offering criteria.
