To make a version of this tasty treat at home that reduces the fat by about 75 percent, you will just need some fat-free vanilla ice cream, Nestle Quick, and low-fat milk. Oh yeah, and a blender.

3 tablespoons Nestle Quick
4 cups fat-free vanilla ice cream

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until creamy. Stir if necessary.

2. If too thin, freeze the mixture in the blender or in cups until thicker.
