| I've never been to Ruby Tuesday's, but I really love potato cheese soup. This sounded awesome, so I just had to try it. Amazing! I used what I had on hand, which meant dry minced onions instead of fresh, and the flour I used was brown rice flour. I also chopped up some fresh broccoli & added it in with the potatoes. The menfolk served it up in cereal bowls and between the three of us it was all gone!!!! I'll definitely make this again & again. |

| We made this for dinner tonight. My husband (who was starving and couldn't understand why I wouldn't just open a can of soup) took one bit and looked at me and said "Wow-some things ARE worth the wait". He then ate 3 bowls! So good. |

| I have had this at Ruby Tuesday's, and it is a dead-on clone. We're in the beginning stages of a blizzard here in NY and it's all about the comfort food. This is it.

| I've never had this soup at Ruby Tuesdays, but I was in the mood for potato soup. Never made soup before....and it was DELICIOUS and so easy. I can't wait to try more of your recipes. |
