You can't buy it in the stores, but now you can make it from scratch in mere minutes (you will need to find anchovy paste since its an important ingredient). Best of all, this dressing keeps for a couple weeks in the fridge in a covered container...if its even around that long.

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup egg substitute

It's ok. I made it exactly as written the first time. Way too sweet and mayonnaisey. I left out the sugar and substituted some sour cream for the mayo and it turned out a lot better. The anchovy paste is a must.

I love Outbacks Caesar salad and the dressing is great. Got the recipe from one of the Top Secret recipe books. I was so upset that the dressing was so bad I threw it away. I just go now and get it at Outback and they let me buy a large container of it for $5 beats buying all the stuff. Don't waste your time on this one just buy.

I have made this recipe for several friends & family, everyone loves it. I can't seem to ever have enough on hand. It is better if you make it a day or two in advance if you can keep it around that long!!!!

Well, I used to make this all the time as a Kitchen Manager at Outback--close, but not quite. The difference is in the top quality ingredients--and a three day shelf life. No, Jim, there is no dijon mustard in it. Coleman's Dry Mustard.

I found this dressing to be perfect! I think its even better than the Outback's version. Alot more flavor. LOVE IT!

This is the best Caesar dressing ever. Nothing else compares! I have tried to find something else as good. Just haven't found it yet.

Not even close! Outback's obviously has Dijon Mustard and a lot more anchovy. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ONE.....THUMBS DOWN! might be a starting base point.
