I have made this recipe many times and it is always wonderful. You will never have to buy the bottled stuff ever again. |

I have made this over and over. I use it for dipping buffalo wings and I can't get enough. No store bought dressing will ever compare. |

This is the best Blue Cheese Dressing I have ever had. I don't know if it's like Outbacks, but it sure is good. For you blue cheese lovers add more Cheese. |

This is the most delicious bleu cheese dressing I have ever eaten. It tastes exactly like Outback Steakhouse's dressing. When I go to Outback, I always have their blue cheese dressing on my salad and I'm so happy I can now make it at home. Love It! |

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!! I was not a Blue Cheese dressing person BUT I sure am now. Our son-in-law told me how good this dressing was from Outback. I looked it up on your site----made it for our Christmas dinner. It was certainly a hit. I did use more Blue Cheese than the recipe called for and I tripled the recipe and used the whole container of cheese. |

I made this dressing today and I will NEVER buy a bottle of blue cheese dressing again! I did not have buttermilk, so I did use the milk with lemon juice. Excellent!! I did use a bit more blue cheese than what is called for. It was thick and creamy. Just what I was looking for. Thank you! |

The best bleu cheese dressing I have ever had. You can eat this stuff with a spoon it's that good. If you don't have buttermilk, try adding a squeeze of lemon juice to the same amount of milk. The acidity really brings out the flavors. |
