The Olive Garden chain offers a very popular and delicious tiramisu that is produced outside the restaurants and then delivered fresh to each outlet. Fluffy mascarpone cheese is layered over ladyfingers soaked in a solution of espresso and coffee liqueur, and the dessert is topped with dusting of cocoa. But mascarpone cheese has 13 grams of fat per ounce, and there's nothing that tastes quite like it. However, there is one way to get very close, and its a special creamy combination of Dream Whip, gelatin, and fat-free cream cheese. You can make your own espresso, use extra strong coffee as a substitute, or order a quadruple shot of espresso on your next trip to Starbucks. If you love the traditional Italian dessert, but don't love the fat, you simply must check out this slightly tweaked version of the clone from Top Secret Recipes - Lite! that will create a guilt-free clone to satisfy any tiramisu craving.

Absolutely amazing! I love this Tiramisu (I make it with non low-fat ingredients though) and it tastes great! I'm so happy to finally be able to make my favorite dessert at home.

I am a big TSR fan, and this recipe is, by far, their best. If you like Tiramisu, you will LOVE this low-fat recipe and love it without the guilt. This recipe disproves the saying, "fat-free, taste-free".

I made this for a dinner party last night and it blew everybody away. It is fantastic and no one could believe it was under 300 calories per serving.

I LOVE this recipe. Not too hard and definitely not too easy :) By the way, why do people rate a recipe before they even make it? And then actually score it??? Strange...

Awesome recipe!!! I made it this weekend for a party and everyone loved it. I plan on making it again though using a weaker coffee - I used 4 shots of espresso from Starbucks and it was REALLY strong!

This is a wonderful recipe. Very easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. This was a huge hit at my party. Next time I'll have to double the recipe! I wouldn't even consider making a full-fat version of this recipe. Thanks so much for posting this fabulous clone!

I've used your "regular" clone version, now I'll have to try the "lighter" side! Also, if you line the pan with plastic wrap, you can remove the entire tiramisu for easier slicing & serving.

This is my dream come true. I LOVE Tiramisu but it is deadly in the fat department. I haven't even tried it yet and I'm already smitten. Thank you!!!

Even though it takes a little time to prepare, it is well worth it.You can not tell a difference between this recipe and Olive Garden's.
