When the "Limited-Time Only" signs came down for this one, I just smiled. These wings from KFC may be gone now, but with this clone that closely duplicates the sweet and spicy sauce on this amazing finger food, the great flavor of this recipe is here to stay. In each store the Colonel's peeps coat the wings with a KFC-style breading before frying them up and then tossing them in the delicious Cajun sauce. The sauce is da bomb on wings, but you can also put it to work on ribs or other chicken parts like breaded tenders or baked nuggets. This recipe calls for Emeril's Bayou Blast Cajun Seasoning, but it will also work with any other Cajun seasoning blend you score in your local market.

Great clone!! This is the only way my husband will eat chicken.. I don't use the wings, I use chicken tenders.
