Before diving into a juicy steak, many diners start their meal with the number one appetizer at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. Even though it says "barbecue" in the name, there is no grilling here. Barbecue refers to the Cajun-style flavors in the butter sauce, and then the shrimp is finished under the broiler for a couple minutes. The clone here requires four shrimp, just as in the original dish, but you can bump that up to 6 large shrimp and it will still work great.
