| I tried this receipe only because my Son had some frozen fish that we were going to use for a large end-of-summer/fall cookout today.It turned out great.I have always soaked my fish in milk or buttermilk to thaw it out,that may have made a difference.But,everyone thought that we had ordered out for this,even while they were there watching us grill the Steelhead and two Salmon.Thanks Todd |
