Wow! That's what my family kept saying. Not only is this an easy recipe to follow, but it tastes incredible. We've never had the original, so can't compare, but these are the best ribs we've ever had. We like them better than eating at Famous Dave's!!

Don't forget to remove the membrane from the bone side of the ribs before seasoning/cooking. Also, cooking in a turkey brown-n-bag gives great results/cleanup. Thanks Todd

I made these for a Jimmy Buffet concert and again on Memorial Day. They were the best ribs I have ever eaten. So tender and juicy. I love the sauce too. Great job Todd.

I made these yesterday for friends and there were awesome!! I was afraid to make ribs without boiling them before as I usually do, but they came out perfect...so tender!! and the Jerk paste and BBQ sauce are both tasty!! I recommend this one!

5+!! Loved it! I can't think of a thing I would change. My family loved them. My husband doesn't especially care for ribs and he even loved this recipe. I've never had these from the Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurant so can't compare but these were awesome and really easy to prepare!! Thanks
