| I agree with the oil combo - slice the garlic with a single edge razor blade - much easier and thinner!! |

| Loved this recipe. I used Elephant Garlic sliced, then cut up - much easier to slice han regular small garlic cloves. My family loves this recipe! |

| The butter is wrong. I worked at Buca Di Beppo for about a year. There is no butter that gets put on the bread at anytime, it is actually olive/canola oil blend 25/75% with minced garlic in it and is then brushed or drizzled on the bread. It really makes a big difference in flavor!! |

| I just made this garlic bread to go along with my spaghetti, and it is fantastic!! I love garlic, and just the flavor with the butter and mozzarella blended together so very well. Will use this one again and again. Now, pardon me while I get a stick or 2 of Big Red gum. ;-) |
