1 9 inch pie crust (deep dish preferrably) 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1 egg, beaten 1/8 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup chopped pecans 6 oz. cream cheese softened 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 Tablespoons caramel syrup 12 oz. whipped topping (divided) 1 cup chocolate pudding |

1. Mix together corn syrup, egg, sugar, vanilla and pecans. Pour into pie crust and cook for 30 minutes at 350. Cool completely. |
