Menu Description: "Sutter Home White Zinfandel with DeKuyper Luscious Peachtree schnapps, pineapple juice and lemon-lime soda. Served Mucho size over ice with fresh fruit."

No need to waste expensive wine duplicating this incredibly refreshing new cocktail from Applebee's. Sutter Home White Zinfandel, which runs around 5 bucks a bottle, is the brand of choice at the chain, but feel free to use any white zinfandel on the shelf, even if its in a box. The wine will be diluted with peach schnapps and other ingredients, so no matter which wine you pick, you'll always get delicious, thirst-quenching cocktail that's perfect for warm weather hang time.

I love this recipe. I have been making it for a couple of years. I recently ordered the real thing in the restaurant and regretted wasting my money because this version is better.

I use Arbor Mist Sangria, with peach schnapps then a few splashes of sprite tastes exactly the same!

I made this by the pitcher - 1 750 ml bottle of wine (used Pinot Grigio), 12 oz pineapple juice, 9 oz peachtree schnapps, and 3 c. diet 7-up. Simply garnished with sliced oranges. A party hit - light, refreshing, and something new.

Perfect!! My friends have been raving about this drink for weeks and viola!here it is for us to make at home (not that we havent tried several times ourselves). We've also made it without pineapple juice (allergies) and diet 7-up (diabetics) and its still fabulous. Enjoy the recipe, I know we will!
