Menu Description: "Breaded boneless chicken breast is delicately spiced and covered in a spicy-sweet orange glaze. Served in a big bowl over almond rice pilaf and a flavorful mixture of mushrooms, broccoli, red pepper, sugar snap peas and shredded carrots. Topped with toasted almonds and crispy noodles."

In a dish like this it's important to get the sauce tasting just right or the whole hack will be off. Simmering a secret blend of orange juice, brown sugar, marmalade and few other ingredients will give you a sauce that's sweet, tangy, spicy and really, really freakin' good. Rather than going to the trouble of breading and frying the chicken from scratch, I've cut time off your prep by including frozen breaded chicken fingers that you simply bake in the oven when you're ready to assemble the dish. I used Claim Jumper brand chicken tenderloins for this recipe, since one 20-ounce box was perfect for the two servings this recipe yields. However, these are mongo-huge restaurant-size portions, so you'll be able to divide this recipe up into four more modest servings if you like.

This is my mom favorite! When she arrived home I had a plate served, she saw it and asked oh you got take out? told her I did, once she was done asked her what she thought and her response was, as delicious as always. she could not believe it was me who had made it ! Spot on.

This is amazing. I never thought it would taste like the real thing but it does! I made everything exactly like the recipe says (except the veggies as I order this dish without veggies when we eat out) and my husband raves about it. I've made it three times this month!

I thought this was really good although maybe a tad sweeter than the restaurant version but that might have been because I put too much sauce on the rice and chicken. The rice was wonderful- I used long grain brown rice. I also added cornstarch to thicken up.:) My hubby loved it! I used a steamed bag of veggies to save time.

My husband thought this was as good as the REAL thing. I too used cornstartch to thicken the sauce.

I love this recipe, the whole family loves it! I took chicken and cut it into bite sized pieces and than fried them. It was wonderful and it another quick way to make this tasty dish.

Absolutely delicious! I would make this again and again. Wouldn't change a thing, but would definitely make more to feed a larger family

Its one of my family's favorites. The texture of the rice is perfect, the sauce tastes the same though I double the ingredients to have plenty. Its a GREAT recipe.

This was fabulous! I used regular chicken breast and instead of just orange juice, I used Orange Pineapple. It gave it a sweeter feel. This was so good! Even my 17 month old cleaned her plate!

I served this last night for guests and it was fantastic. My children said it was better than the dish served at Applebee's. I too couldn't get the sauce to thicken so I added a little cornstarh and water--perfect. I used Splenda brown sugar, low sugar marmalade and a brown rice pilaf. It does make a huge amount!

I made this for dinner last night. I used popcorn chicken instead of strips. My only issue was that I could not get the sauce to thicken up. Other than that I was real good and even my daughter liked it!

This recipe was great!! I did add some cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce up a bit. Otherwise an A+ meal that everyone at my table enjoyed.

This is a great recipe. I couldn't enjoy the original in the restaurant because I am allergic to mushrooms!!! With the recipe, I can just leave them out and enjoy the rest.

This is a really good meal salad, but I preferred using pregrilled and chilled chicken breasts in mine. Better for you anyway.
